OrraCommunications offers many useful online communications courses.  First, there is the introductory course which examines the history of communication study; theories within the industry; different communication contexts; issues communications students encounter; communication strands (interpersonal; rhetoric; small group; organizational, etc.) and more.  It is basically a look into the origins and present issues related to communications in the past and today.
Then there is the Oral Communications course in which students learn effective communication using simple and direct language; how to enhance their active-listening skills to eliminate unnecessary misunderstandings; reduce any personal obstacles that are standing in the way of effective communication; developing skills for one- and two-way communication; defining communication style; and organizing one’s thoughts prior to communicating.
With all of these new skills, we believe that the courses at OrraCommunications are really able to assist in effective communication-development, leading to a better and easier work/home/other environment.
